Lysa Jones based at the Oaks, York
Lysa Jones is based at The Oaks Golf club near York. She has been part of the Yorkshire coaching team since 2006 and was promoted to Head County Coach in 2018
Lysa not only coaches the elite squads for Yorkshire but also at grass roots level ‘Beginners Young’
Lysa supports the first team squad in preparation for County Match week and the English County Finals. She also coordinates the County Pathway working with the team of seven Yorkshire coaches.'

Promising Young Coach
Luke Allen based at Hickleton Golf club
Luke joined the coaching team in 2017 and has recently been appointed Head professional at Hickleton Golf club. He has a lot of ideas to bring to the club which will in time provide new facilities for practice sessions. The Improvers groups are split into a North & South group with the South group working at Hickleton and the North group are based at Malton & Norton.

Intermediate Coach (North)
Gareth Davies is an Advanced professional and is currently playing European Challenge & Sunshine tours. He has a vast amount of experience coaching juniors both independently and for our own Beginners Young programme & Yorkshire boys squad. James Freeman
Intermediate Coach (South)
James is Head professional at Retford and assistant coach at Rotherham he plays professionally on the Challenge tour and Euro pro tour. He has experience of coaching at County level in addition to both beginners and Intermediate levels.
James joined the team in 2022 and coaches the Southern Intermediate group at Rotherham.
