The Junior squad had a great jamboree with excellent golf and great teamwork. A fantastic result of joint 2nd Place to the winners Lancashire. Our team comprised of Beatrice Pickles-Mercer(Easingwold), Olivia Brodie(Cookridge hall), Bella Mountain (Pannal), Graci Wood (Malton & Norton), Darcey Kidd(The Oaks), Harriet Kendall(Woodsome Hall) . Day 1- Was an individual Stableford which saw points alloted to the team according to position, great result from Bea, Bella Graci and Harriet all scoring over 30 points individually and bringing 41pts team total placing Yorkshire 2nd by on point to Lancashire at the close of play. Day2- was individual Match Play which saw Yorkshire wins from Bea, Harriet and halved game from Graci. The team final total was 74 points seeing us tied with Cheshire and an overall win to a strong Lancashire team with 88pts. Congratulations to Beatrice who won best overall individual over the two days competition.

Beatrice Pickles-Mercer(Easingwold GC) scored maximum points available both days to take the overall individual prize in the Junior jamboree held at Bromborough In August.
